Group Discount: Send your team! Cancellation Policy
All payments must be received by QAI by September 9, 2011. Cancellations received between July 26, 2011 and August 26, 2011 are entitled to a 50% refund. NO REFUNDS are given for cancellations received after August 26, 2011. Substitutions are permitted without penalty. For registration assistance, cancellation, or substitutions, please contact the conference manager at the information listed above.
